Fish with herb crust
Use any kind of large white fish that is in fillets. For 4 people:
4 oz herbs (parsley, oregano, basil, marjoram ( but more parsley in relation to the others)
8 oz breadcrumbs
a few capers
a small piece of garlic
a couple of tablespoons of olive oil
a cup of white wine
In a non-stick baking tray, pour the wine and a spoon of olive-oil at the bottom, place fish on the tray as well and season with salt and pepper. The rest of the ingredients should be put in a liquidizer with some olive-oil, and then spooned on to the fish to cover it. Bake in medium temperature for around 30 minutes or when the fish is cooked to your liking.
